Faheem Rashad Najm, the famous singer-songwriter known as T-Pain, has revealed that he is actively involved in the development of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) with Rockstar Games. The announcement shares T-Pain’s excitement at contributing to the highly anticipated sequel, which was officially unveiled last December.

T-Pain’s involvement in the development of GTA 6 had an unexpected consequence. He was asked by Rockstar to stop his participation in role-playing games on NoPixel, a popular GTA 5 role-playing server operating on third-party servers.

The singer revealed during the livestream that Rockstar Games asked him to cease his role-playing activities in NoPixel due to concerns about conflicts of interest. T-Pain joked about Rockstar’s analogy, stating that Rockstar presented him with a scenario where someone re-recorded their album and more people started listening to the new version.

Team Fortress: Source 2 and Portal 64 fan projects shut down

Team Fortress: Source 2 and Portal 64 projects developed by fans were canceled. Let's look at the details together.

While T-Pain acknowledged the restriction, he found it ironic that Rockstar would later collaborate with the modding team responsible for role-playing servers like FiveM and RedM. T-Pain, who said he was amused, emphasized that it was a paradox that he was told he couldn’t participate in role-playing games, yet Rockstar collaborated with those who made such experiences possible.

The singer did not elaborate on his contribution to GTA 6, leaving fans wondering about the nature of his involvement. A statement from Rockstar Games regarding T-Pain’s role in development has not yet been made.

T-Pain has been an active participant in NoPixel’s role-playing community since 2021, and his absence from the server due to his new role at Rockstar Games has fans speculating about the potential impact of role-playing elements in the upcoming GTA 6.

PlayStation Plus started the year fast! It takes 14 games

January 2024 games for PlayStation Plus Deluxe and Extra have been announced. 14 games will be offered, including Resident Evil 2.

While details about the sequel have been scant, Rockstar chose to emphasize the single-player story in the first trailer, leaving fans eager to learn more as the 2025 release date approaches. What do you think? Please don’t forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
